To follow...

To follow Christ, all it will cost you is your life. But whoever loses his life shall save it, but whoever holds on to his life shall lose it.

I'm sure you know today is Easter and that Easter is a Christian holiday, but what you may not know is that as Christ lives, His heart longs for you! Long for Him and love Him for He will hold your heart and never let it break! You will never be good enough for perfect love, but He is good enough for you! Email me if you would like to know more! I'll be happy to share of His goodness.

Happy Resurrection Sunday!

Welcome...?

(A sweet southern voice.)

Hello Yall!

Welcome to the Heart of Dixie! We have great food, good music, lovely style, and plenty of interesting weather! Don't mind those sirens going off, warning us of the half-mile-wide tornado, touch'n down across the street... we have them sirens going off every day. Just remember if you hear a train and you're not near a railroad, you are probably in a tornado... Now don't get all scared! Just be calm and go find a ditch to lay down in. It'll pass... (we hope).

Well, we hope you'll stay and have some fried chicken! We'll see yall real soon!

And so we meet.

Every now and then you come in contact with something brilliant, wonderful, and delightful :) So on my trip back from Atlanta, I did come in contact with something just like that!

Let me first say, God bless Chick-fil-A. No, really. I've never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A. They make me feel like I'm a real customer that pays their bills and gives their paychecks. The food is very yummy, but honestly, their food tastes better by their friendly service. I also really appreciate what they stand for as a Christian business...

That said, they have enraptured me with the new Banana Pudding Milkshake. Being southern, I love banana pudding. That was my grandfather's favorite food, and my sister and I are pretty sure Chick-fil-A got my grandmother's recipe for the new tasty frozen treat! So now I can drink it! (Not so sure what it will do to my waistline, but hey, it's worth it.)

Well, that is my ravings for the week. Go out and buy one today... I might go get one myself.

The jean 50's inspired skirt was $10 including the $2.00 pattern and fabric.
The brown belt was $1.00 from the thrift store.
The vintage peep toe sandals were 75 cents from the thrift store." ~ Rebecca

This is what we do.

So last week we helped with a promotional video for Yogurt Mountain and their new flavor, Blue Cotton Candy! (Yes, it sounds nasty, but it's very yummy!) We were there to help and we ate 2 cups of frozen treats plus received VIP cards to last us for a long time!

Sweet job... you can say that again ;)

I think Nate had to eat 2 cups of the Cotton Candy to get the right shot! He was a little blue (or should I say green) after all the yogurt...
